Where should we start?
Start with the work that takes the most chasing: customer conversations, project work or event coordination. If you are unsure, tell our team what keeps slowing down and we’ll help you identify the clearest first move.
Can we start with one product and add more later?
Yes. One product is enough to begin. You can start with Reply, Studio or Events, prove the value in one part of the business, and add another product when the need becomes clear.
How long does setup take?
It depends on the workflow, information and connections your business needs. We first map what should happen, what your team should approve and what Tethr needs access to. You’ll receive a clear setup plan and timing before you commit.
What will Tethr need from our business?
Usually, we need your approved business information, the rules your team already follows, examples of common requests and one person who can confirm decisions during setup. You do not need to prepare a technical brief.
Does my team stay in control?
Yes. Your team sets the direction, reviews work and steps in where human judgement is needed. We’ll agree the workflow, boundaries and approval points with you during setup.
What happens when Tethr is not confident about an answer or action?
We define that before launch. Depending on your workflow, Tethr can pause, ask for more information or hand the matter to your team with the useful context attached. It should never guess its way through an important decision.
Can Tethr work in Bahasa Malaysia and English?
Yes. We can shape the customer-facing language, tone and approved business information around how your customers actually communicate, including Bahasa Malaysia and English. The exact experience is agreed during setup.
How is our business information handled?
Before setup, we clarify what information the workflow needs, who should have access and which sources you approve. We only connect the information required for the agreed use case, and we explain the data-handling arrangement before work begins.
What if we already use other tools?
Tell us what you use today. We’ll review the workflow and available connections before recommending a setup, so you understand what can stay, what can connect and what may need a different approach.
How does pricing work?
Every business is different, so we talk first. Pricing is shaped around the product and what you need set up. Any setup fee, custom work or additional requirement is explained in a written quote before you commit—no surprise additions after the conversation.
What support do we receive after launch?
We’ll explain the onboarding and ongoing support included with your recommended setup before you commit. If the workflow needs refining after real use, your team will know who to contact and how changes are handled.
Is Connect another subscription?
Connect is not released yet and has no confirmed launch date. Availability, participation and commercial terms are to be confirmed. Businesses and suppliers can register interest now to hear when onboarding opens.
Can suppliers join on their own?
Suppliers can register interest now without subscribing to Reply, Studio or Events. Registration is not approval into the network; onboarding requirements and terms will be confirmed before Connect launches.
